Naples Boat Parade: 6:00pm
500 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90814 (Street parking only. Walk up to the parking garage at the main entrance. Text when you get here. I can buzz you in from my balcony and then you can walk to the elevators.)
Ubering or long walk to Naples for the 6pm Christmas Boat Parade is suggested. Parking in/near Naples will be impossible.

Dress code: come as you are. I suggest shoes you can walk in + a jacket and beanie.
Drinks and light refreshments
Vibe: casual, we will probably end up talking about books or smut at some point while enjoying a beverage and snacks.
Who’s coming? Depends on who shows up! Work friends, long beach friends, smut club friends, possibly some neighbors. (Adults only, you can totally bring a +1)
Who is your host? (The deviled egg girl from smut club.) Standard issue, mid-thirties, millennial, left-leaning, book-loving, bisexual former high school english teacher.
What should I bring? If you want to bring something, by all means! But you don’t have to! Ideas for what to bring: bottles of wine or alcohol, cookies, snacks, or books. We can enjoy it together now or next time!
